TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE of "SPRUT" Powder Fire Extinguishing Modules
Warranty and Post-Warranty Service
Technical maintenance of SPRUT modules includes:
Diagnosis
Checking the casing for tightness
Testing or official recognition
Certification of the technical condition and safety level of the fire extinguisher.
Recharging of fire extinguishers
With fire extinguishing powders of the "FACTOR ABC-40-M" or "FACTOR ABC-70" types
Repair of fire extinguishers
If necessary and by agreement of the parties
Disposal
After the expiration of the service life and/or after the device becomes inoperative
As the developer and manufacturer, RPC FACTOR possesses all necessary licenses and permits, a team of highly qualified specialists, and is fully equipped with a technical service facility.
The Scientific and Production Company FACTOR provides technical maintenance and supports the warranty and post-warranty service of SPRUT powder fire extinguishing modules, as well as servicing and recharging powder fire extinguishers from other manufacturers.

* Replacement components for SPRUT modules are paid separately.
** By agreement of the parties, there is an option for modules to be sent by a carrier (“Delivery,” “Nova Poshta”).
Carrier services are paid by the “Client” (recipient).
For powder fire extinguishers, servicing is performed annually to maintain devices in proper working condition.
RPC FACTOR SPECIALISTS CHECK THE VALVE-STARTING DEVICE, THE CONDITION OF THE FIRE EXTINGUISHING POWDER, AND THE INTEGRITY OF THE CASING.
THE RECHARGING PROCEDURE FOR FIRE EXTINGUISHERS IS MANDATORY.
