Fire Extinguishing Powder
«Factor ABC 40 M»
The fire extinguishing powder “Factor ABC-40-M” is used in handheld and automatic fire extinguishers, as well as fire suppression systems, across all climatic zones at temperatures ranging from -50 to +50 °C. It is manufactured by the Ukrainian producer LLC NPF “Factor.”
The powder is intended for extinguishing fires of the following classes:
Class A
Solid and smoldering materials
Class B
Flammable and flammable liquids
Class C
Combustible gases, according to GOST 27331
Class E
Electrical equipment with voltage up to 1000 V and up to 36 kV when used as a charge in automatic fire extinguishing installations (systems)
Composition indicators Factor ABC-40-M
- Mass fraction of ammonium phosphates in terms of P2O5: not less than 20%
- Mass fraction of ammonium sulfate: 30±2%
- Mass fraction of water-insoluble substances: not more than 30±2%
- Mass fraction of water: not more than 0.25%
- Bulk density of uncompacted powder: not less than 800±70 kg/m³
- Mass fraction of powder residue in the fire extinguisher: not more than 10%
PRODUCTS ARE PACKAGED IN:
- Polypropylene bags with PET liners of 30 ± 1 kg;
- Flexible big bags weighing 1 ton.
Minimum batch size is 30 kg.
Such products are carried by all modes of transport.
Transportation by any means of transport in covered vehicles at temperatures from -50 to 500°C.
Storage in closed dry, ventilated premises protected from atmospheric precipitation under conditions that ensure the integrity of the packaging, at temperatures from -50°C to 50°C and relative humidity not exceeding 95%.
Guaranteed shelf life is 10 years.
After the expiration of the guaranteed shelf life, the powders are disposed of in accordance with the “Instructions for the Disposal and Regeneration of Fire Extinguishing Powders” NAPB 05.036.
The products are manufactured in accordance with the current conditions and in terms of quality indicators fully comply with the requirements of DSTU EN 615:2017 (EN 615:2009 IDT), which is confirmed by the certification test protocol issued by the “Independent Fire Safety Laboratory”, as well as the certificate of conformity issued by Ukrsertification LLC, as well as the declaration of conformity issued by QUALITEK TESTING OU (ESTONIA)
